This Privacy Policy describes how Metro Mama ("we", "our", or "the app"), developed by Billasoft, handles your information when you use our mobile application (Package ID: metromama.billasoft.com).

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Metro Mama is designed to work without collecting any personal data. We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Any account or login information
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to our servers

2. NFC Card Reading

Metro Mama uses your device's NFC (Near Field Communication) sensor to read your Dhaka Rapid Pass (MRT card). This is used solely to display your card balance and recent transactions on-screen.

• NFC data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
• We do not store, share, or log any NFC card data.
• NFC usage requires your physical action (tapping the card to the phone).

3. Local Storage

The app saves certain preferences locally on your device (such as language and theme settings) using Android's SharedPreferences. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not accessible to us or any third party
• Can be cleared by uninstalling the app

4. Internet Access

Metro Mama does not require an internet connection. All fare data, routes, timetables, and game content are bundled within the app. No data is sent to or received from our servers during normal use.

5. Third-Party Services

Metro Mama does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or social media login services.

The app is distributed via Google Play Store. Google may collect certain device and usage data through the Play Store platform, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

Metro Mama does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app does not target children and contains no age-restricted content.
